Transfer service from 07:00 to 21:59: Starting from MOP320/trip (Point-to-point)

Other Information:

• An additional charge of MOP60/trip applies for transfers to Hac Sa / Coloane / Hengqin University of Macau / Hengqin Macau Port.
• An additional charge of MOP110/trip applies for usage between 22:00 - 23:59; an additional charge of MOP220/trip applies for usage between 00:00 - 06:59.
• A surcharge of MOP250/service applies for airport pick-up with a greeting sign.
• Free waiting time for 15 minutes per one-way trip. Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes will be charged as 2 trips.
• A 50% surcharge applies on public holidays.
• Capacity: 4-5 passengers (including lap infants).
• Additional charges will apply for vehicle usage on public holidays. The price at the time of booking will be final.

• Luggage capacity: Maximum of 4 pieces of 24-inch suitcases or 2 pieces of 28-inch suitcases. Seat availability will decrease with an increase in the number of luggage pieces.

1. Charter service requires booking at least 72 hours in advance;
2. Select the date and time slot for use;
3. Enter the order and fill in the required information such as pickup time, pickup location, name, phone number, number of passengers, etc. (If you need to change the pickup time, location, or other information, please contact customer service in advance);
4. For airport transfers, please fill in the flight number and whether a name sign service is required;
5. After submitting the order and completing the payment, we will confirm your booking within 24 hours. Driver and vehicle details will be notified via email or SMS the day before use (vehicle number/driver's name/contact number). Guests should connect directly with the driver upon arrival;

• Once confirmed, orders are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Vehicle license plate and driver information will be provided to passengers the day before departure;
• If you need to extend the charter time, please purchase it on the platform in advance;
• If you request an extension of service duration on-site, cash payment is required. Please consult the driver for related fees; no receipts will be issued in the vehicle. After payment, please inform customer service, and customer service will confirm with the driver if the payment has been fully received before making arrangements;
• If there is an extension of time or overtime during the charter period, and it affects the driver's subsequent bookings, the driver has the right to refuse the request for extension or overtime;
• Please turn on your mobile phone or connect to Wi-Fi so that the driver can contact you to arrange the pick-up location;
• The itinerary includes basic tunnel fees;
• Baby seats are not provided. Please bring your own if needed;
• Children and infants are counted as occupying seats; for each passenger reduced, one additional luggage space is available;
• When booking, please fill in the pick-up and drop-off locations and the desired service time slot (for reference only, actual service time can be changed according to customer needs);
• To maintain cleanliness, smoking and eating/drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. Animals and birds are also prohibited from being brought into the vehicle;
• Adverse Weather Arrangements: Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal: All pick-ups and drop-offs will proceed as scheduled, but delays may occur due to traffic congestion. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: To ensure the safety of drivers and passengers, services will be temporarily suspended. Pick-up and drop-off services will be rescheduled individually;

• In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), the merchant may cancel this activity. You may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.
