Other Information:

• Free waiting time for one-way transfers is 15 minutes. Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes will be charged as 2 trips.
• In case of late arrival for chartered services: Daytime surcharge of MOP160 per half hour; Nighttime surcharge of MOP200 per half hour.
• If the chartered service requires extension or exceeds the booked time, and it affects the driver's subsequent bookings, the driver has the right to refuse the extension/overtime request.
• Passenger Capacity: 4-5 passengers
• Luggage Capacity: Maximum 4 pieces of 24-inch suitcases or 2 pieces of 28-inch suitcases. Seat availability may decrease with increased luggage.
• Additional charges will apply for usage on public holidays. Please refer to the price at the time of booking.

4. After submitting the order and completing the payment, we will confirm your car charter order within 24 hours. Driver and vehicle information will be notified via email through the GoOutMall platform the day before use (license plate number/driver's name/contact number).
